Ramadan arrived and eid is with us
a lock arrived and the key is with us.
We’ve closed our mouths and opened our eyes,
the light that our eyes regard with us.
Ramadan arrived to serve the hear,
and the patience the heart created is with us.
If while fasting, affliction arises,
the unseen treasures of our heart are with us.
We cleansed our heart and our soul with our fast
Even is a polluted body with us.
Ramadan tells me in it’s colloquial tongue,
“Humble yourself, all aspirants are with us!”
For there’s Salah al-Din in this group,
Mansur and Bayazid are also with us.
